1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To create an account on the mostly play platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. As a resident of Bangladesh, you are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information at the time of registration. Each individual may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. We may request a national ID card or other government-issued documents for identity verification. 2. Platform Terms of Use

The mostly play platform may only be used for personal entertainment purposes. Any form of fraud, manipulation, system hacking, or use of unauthorized software is strictly prohibited and such activities may be subject to legal action. Harassment, offensive, or hateful behavior toward other users is not permitted. If you identify any technical vulnerability or bug on the platform, you should report it to us immediately — exploiting or abusing such vulnerabilities is a punishable offense. Betting or gaming on behalf of third parties, or managing another person's account, is also prohibited. We reserve the right to monitor any user's activity at any time and may conduct investigations in cases of suspicion.

3. Financial Transactions & Payments

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT (BDT / ৳) and processed through secure payment gateways. A minimum deposit amount is specified and may vary depending on the payment method. Withdrawal requests are approved only once the verification process is complete, and funds are generally transferred within 1–5 business days. Withdrawals are typically made using the same payment method used for the deposit. We enforce mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to prevent money laundering and illegal financial activity. Large transactions or withdrawals without verification may be placed on hold.

4. Promotion & Bonus Policy

All promotions and bonus offers on mostly play are subject to specific wagering requirements, which are stated in the details of each offer. 6. Limitation of Liability

7. Account Suspension & Closure

If a breach of terms, fraud, or any misconduct is established, mostly play may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds in a closed account will be forfeited, however the return of valid deposits will be decided upon completion of an investigation. Users may also request account closure at any time — in such cases, any valid balance will be returned.
